Library
All CCARC libary books are available on a first come first serve basis to all CCARC members.
These books can be picked up at the regularly scheduled business meeting by seeing either the club librarian or CCARC President.
Library policies:
All books are available for loan for a period of one month.
You must send the club librarian an email to request a reservation for a book. If you fail to send an email to the librarian and wait until the regular meeting to request the book the person sending an email requesting a reservation will be given priority.
A maximum of two books per family can be checked out at one time.
All books are expected to be returned at the next regularly scheduled business meeting. If someone else does not wish to check out the book then you can recheck out the book for another month, up to three consecutive months.
Books can only be checked out for a maximum of three consecutive months.
If the book is not returned within two months, a fine of $5.00 will be imposed for each month that it is not returned upto the replacement cost of the book.
