Mozilla 1.0.2/SeaMonkey: 

1. Open Mozilla/SeaMonkey.
2. Click on Window from the menu bar at the top.
3. Click on Mail & Newsgroups.


4. Click on Edit from the menu bar at the top.
5. Click on Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings...

6. Click Add Account....

7. Select (put the dot next to) Email Account.

8. Click Next.
9. Type your name in the Your Name field.
10. Type your e-mail address in the Email Address field. Your e-mail address must be typed in all lower case.

11. Click Next.
12. Select (put the dot next to) POP
13. Type mail.qis.net in the Incoming Mail Server field.

14. Click Next.
15. Type your username in the User Name field. Your username is just the first part of your e-mail address (username@qis.net). Do not type @qis.net

16. Click Next.
17. Type a name for the account in the Account Name field. This name can be anything.

18. Click Next.
19. Click Finish.
20. Close Mozilla.
