Netscape 6: 

1. Start Netscape 6.
2. Click on Tasks on the top menu bar.
3. Click on Mail.

4. Click on Edit on the mail window.
5. Click on Mail/News Account Settings.

6. Click on New Account.

7. Select (put the dot next to) ISP or email provider.
8. Click Next.
9. Type your name and email address (username@qis.net). The email address must be typed in all lower case.
10. Click Next.
11. Server Type should be set to POP Mail Server.
12. Type mail.qis.net for the Server Name.
13. Click Next.

14. Type your Quantum user name (username@qis.net) for the User Name field.
Your user name is just the first part of your e-mail address. Do not type @qis.net
15. Type an account name.
16. Click Finish.
