Netscape 7:

1. Start Netscape 7.0
2. Click Window from the menu bar at the top.
3. Click on Mail and Newsgroups.

4. Click Edit from the top menu bar.
5. Click Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.

6. Click Add Account.

7. Select (put the dot next to) Email account.
8. Enter your name (for example, "John Smith").
9. Enter your email address (username@qis.net). Your email address must be typed in lower case.
10. Click Next.

11. For the type of incoming server select (put the dot next to) POP.
12. Type mail.qis.net in the Incoming Server field.
13. Click Next.

14. In the User Name field type your Quantum user name. Your user name is just the first part of your email address (username@qis.net). Do not type @qis.net (your user name must be typed in all lower case).
15. Click Next.
16. Type your email address (username@qis.net) in the Account Name field.
17. Click Next.
18. Click Finish.
