How to setup email accounts for:

Outlook 2002/2003:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Tools on the top menu bar.
3. Click on E-mail Accounts.

1. Select (put the dot next to) Add a new e-mail account.
2. Click Next.
3. Select (put the dot next to) POP3.
4. Click Next.
5. Type your name in the Your Name field.
6. Type your e-mail address (username@qis.net) in the E-mail Address field.
7. Type mail.qis.net in the Incoming mail server (POP3) field.
8. Type mail.qis.net in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field.
9. Type your user name (username@qis.net) in the User Name field. Your user name is just the first part of your e-mail address. Do not type @qis.net
10. Type your password in the Password field.
11. Do not check the box labeled Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).

1. Click Next.
2. Click Finish.
3. Close Outlook.
