Enter a name for the Mail Account and the Name field. You can leave the Organization field blank.
Enter your email address (username@qis.net) in the E-mail Address field. Your e-mail address must be typed in lowercase.
Click on the Servers tab.
Under Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server type mail.qis.net
Under Incoming Mail (POP3) server type mail.qis.net
Type your user name (username@qis.net) in the Account Name field. Your user name is just the first part of your e-mail address. Do not type @qis.net
Enter your password. Do not check Logon using Secure Password Authentication or you will not be able to get your mail.
Click OK.
Click OK again.
Click OK again.
Close and then restart Outlook to check your mail.
