Outlook 98:

1. Open Outlook 98.
2. Click Tools from the top.
3. Click Accounts.

4. Click the Mail tab.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Mail.

7. Type your name in the Display name field.
8. Click Next.
9. Type your e-mail address (username@qis.net) in the E-mail address field.
10. Click Next.
11. Make sure that POP3 is selected as the type of incoming mail server.
12. Under Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server type mail.qis.net
13. Under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server type mail.qis.net
14. Click Next.

15. Select (put the dot next to) Log on using
16. Next to POP account name enter your user name (username@qis.net). Your user name is just the first part of your e-mail address. Do not type @qis.net
17. Type your password in the Password field.
18. Do not enable Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

19. Click Next.
20. Under Internet mail account name your name should be entered.
21. Click Next.
22. Select (put the dot next to) Connect using my phone line.
23. Click Next.
24. Click Finish.
25. Close Outlook.
