  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Click on Tools on the top menu bar.
  3. Click on Accounts.
  4. Click the Mail tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Mail.
  7. Next to Display name type your name.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Next to E-mail address type your e-mail address (username@qis.net).
  10. Click Next.
  11. Next to My incoming mail server is a set that to POP3.
  12. Under Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server type mail.qis.net
  13. Under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server type mail.qis.net

  14. Click Next.
  15. Select (put the dot next to) Log on using
  16. Next to POP account name type your user name (username@qis.net). Your user name is just the first part of your e-mail address. Do not type @qis.net
  17. Next to Password type your password.
  18. Do not enable Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

  19. Click Next.
  20. Click Finish.
  21. Close Outlook Express.
