We thank you for your cooperation in practicing Tradition 12. Tradition 12: Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles above personalities. Page 122 from (How Al-anon Works) states the following: “We can’t pick and choose whose anonymity we will respect and whose we will violate. Rather, we respect the privacy of every member. We refrain from mentioning the appearance of a celebrity in our home group just as we keep quiet about an Al-anon friend’s latest problems or achievements if we learned about them in a meeting.
If you are a Al-Anon or Alateen member and would like to share your experience, strength & hope, please contact us!
