This is the website for W.C. Spencer - the Bluescat. Catscan Records presents some information, a review, clips, music and touring information about an independent artist that has been variously labeled a freak of nature, a musical genius, an ambassador of the blues and an American original. W.C. Spencer's first two albums, 'Bluescat' and 'Over Time' have been consistent favorites with blues listeners the world over. Now his third effort 'Blues Explorer' is being released. Also in the works: a DVD offering of the 11th Annual Chenango County Blues Fest in NY State in August of 2003.
