Type Insights: "We promote utilizing assessments as a tool in the Self-Discovery Process®. Assessment results are not treated as the 'truth,' since no psychological assessment is more than about 70% accurate. We assume a margin of error. Assessments are useful for providing additional datapoints to help identify one's best-fit type pattern."
Take the MBTI Instrument - CAPT.org: "Take the MBTI® instrument online and receive meaningful feedback in a way that suits your schedule. This personality test takes about 30 minutes to complete and is followed by personal feedback from a qualified professional. "

Mappers and Packers
Thinking about Thinking: "OO is often seen in very different ways by mappers and packers. The mapper's map is a kind of object model that has a rich variety of objects and associations. Mappers see OO as an elegant way to design software once they have understood the problem. Packers seem to see OO as a way of wandering around the problem domain and creating software objects, then just wiring them up as they are found. Thus OO is taken to be a procedural mechanism for getting from problem to program without the intervening understanding."

The Authoritarians
"OK, what’s this book about? It’s about what’s happened to the American government lately. It’s about the disastrous decisions that government has made. It’s about the corruption that rotted the Congress. It’s about how traditional conservatism has nearly been destroyed by authoritarianism. It’s about how the “Religious Right” teamed up with amoral authoritarian leaders to push its un-democratic agenda onto the country. It’s about the United States standing at the crossroads as the next federal election approaches"

David W. Boles -- Urban Semiotic -- Mark of the INTJ Rational-Mastermind:
"These 'Marks of the INTJ Rational-Mastermind' are from my experience. Not all INTJs are created from the same bolt but many of us share some suggestions of these marks. Oh, and when I say 'we' let's say I mean 'me' because if I don't I will be attacked by the other INTJ Rational-Masterminds who see themselves as independent and above being included in this prattle."

"Well, I've been here over a month, going on 2 actually, and I've been posting responses to things...rarely, if ever, does anyone answer. I figure I am getting the 'aiden treatment' and hence, I am leaving the list. I was hoping to make some new friends, but I found many of you (notice, I say 'many of you' not 'all of you', so to those who did treat me like I was a person, hey, I am sorry but I can't handle this shitpot) to be such assholes that I'd rather find more mature friends, and with that said...I'm off the list. I've never met such a selfish, manipulative, argumentative, controlling, angry, unhappy bunch of assholes in my entire life. I've watched you chew up newbies left and right and then when you're done, having subdued the poor newcommer who has no CLUE why you are attacking, you then turn on each other. I've seen maybe ONE normal post of interest...and the rest have been horrible attacks on humankind with very biased opinions. No matter what you say, you will always be unhappy. People like you never find the joy in things...instead you guys spend all day trying to figure out how to argue over everything said by others, how to become a vulture and how to pick apart others' responses on the list. Woohoo. Big fun for you...but I cannot derive joy out of seeing others hurt and unhappy. I will never derive joy out of hurting others without provocation, such as you make hobby of on this list. I hope you all have a good life...what sad, pittiful lives you do lead...however, I want no part of it. With that said...goodbye."
