Fireworks for offline .SWF generation? Played around with Fireworks MX today, some nice new features and a better interface in general - it's amazing how just separating the Bitmap and Vector tools improves the usability. One of the interesting thing is the Data Driven Graphics Wizard, that allows you to take an XML file and generate images from it (replacing placeholders in a template with the xml data), check this tutorial for an overview. I'm sure with a bit of coding this technique could be used for generating static .swf's offline. [Flash Blog] 1:49:52 PM     Tacit knowledge and software usability. I spent some more time last night sorting out my friend Larry's weblog. He's a psychologist who specializes in Asperger's Syndrome. Larry's really interested in open-sourcing his ideas and would  be an ideal candidate to run a Radio Community Server that would be a knowledge exchange for the AS community.
