Questions
1. Why did you start
this?
2. What are your
qualifications?
3. Do you do good work?
4. Are your prices
competitive?
5. What are your hours.
Answers
1. Naturally I started this to make a
little extra money. I like working on computers and thought
why not make a little extra money at the same time. I also get
a big kick out of helping people out.
2. I have an A+ and IBM
certification. I repair computers for a living at my daytime
job for Northrop/Grumman and have 2 years experience on the Tech
support line for Quantum Internet Services.
3. You betcha!!
4. My prices are more then
competitive. If you take your computer to just about any other
computer shop you are going to pay almost twice as much.
5. My hours are in the evening and I
work out of my house. That is part of the reason that my
prices are so cheap. Low overhead. Plus there is the added
advantage that I am working when you are home also. I also do
the repairs on the weekend (actually most of the repairs). That is
something you won't find with most computer repair shops.
