The Chemical in this department is Ferrum Phos (Phosphate of Iron). It is an affinity for oxygen which is carried into the circulation and diffused throughout the organism by the chemical force of this Phosphate of Iron. Just as the feet are the foundation of the whole body, iron is the foundation of the blood. And through this foundation of the blood is ignited cells of both red and white. Iron is known as a magnetic mineral and magnetism is made possible by an intuitive knowledge through the eleventh department of the body. The right-use-ness of these cells due to a firm belief in their correct direction comes from above and is performed in the respiratory systen between the water and air.
In the blood stream we find both red and white corpuscles and due to the chemical value of iron, they carry on the process of wheels within wheels or the interlocking cycles and rotations of cosmic activity. This in truth is how Divine consciousness is suspended in the human and yet becomes an awareness from within. They become the pathway upon which meditation reveals the Light of the star of the Soul. Lack of iron in the blood results in an over-lymphatic condition and causes an extreme amount of self-consciousness but when this chemical is balanced properly the body consciousness becomes wisdom and understanding and is joined to the real "I AM" of ageless wisdom.
When the red corpuscles are short the result is a severe acid condition and generally results in anaemia. The right-use-ness of Ferrum Phos not only builds magnetism but also poise and the depth of intuition to the extent of becoming adaptable to both Nature and Art.
We found aggressive urges predominate in the eighth department and the safety urges predominate in the seventh department, so do we find the social urges predominate in this twelfth department. The stamina of iron is required and is utilized through concentration and meditation thus wisdom becomes exalted in the first department.
