How to setup email accounts for:

Outlook 2010:

  1. Open Outlook 2010.
  2. Select the File tab.
  3. Select Account Settings to display the Account Settings window with Email tab open.
  4. Click the New button to open the Add New Account Window.
  5. Select "Manually configure server settings, or, additional server types", click Next.
  6. Your Name: type your first and last name.
  7. Email Address: type your full email address.
  8. Account Type: POP3.
  9. Incoming mail server: type
  10. Outgoing mail server: type
  11. User name: This is the first part of your email address without the, type all lower case letters.
  12. Password: type the password for your account.
  13. Click More Settings.
  14. Click on the Outgoing Server Tab.
  15. Check the box labeled: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  16. Click on the Advanced tab at the top.
  17. Change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) port to 587.
  18. Click OK.
  19. Click Next.
  20. Click Finish.
