A PRI can handle up to 23 simultaneous voice conversations and is expandable to hundreds of conversations. PRI service also enables Direct Inward Dialing, which will allow the assignment of unique telephone numbers to individuals within your organization to efficiently route calls directly to their destination without having to first go through a receptionist or auto attendant. Quantum's PRI service also includes Caller ID.
